The hammers are custom made in Germany by the ABEL hammer company. They utilize a unique cold-forming process that does not damage the wool's natural elasticity and ensures the hammers will retain shape and voicing for as long as possible.
Röslau high-carbon steel strings from Germany were selected for this piano because of their unmatched durability and longevity. The base strings are wound in solid copper.
The extra large soundboard and ribs are made of carefully selected high-grade solid European Spruce (Picea abies). Chosen for its superior resonance and tonal qualities.
It features a solid wood action and individually weighted and extended spruce keys for a great feel and increased control.
Tuning stability is assured with a 19-layer pinblock made of hardwood Maple.
The traditional cabinet is finished in elegant Polished Ebony for a timeless look that will never go out of style.
