The Kawai Musical Instruments Manufacturing Co. was established in 1927 by Koichi Kawai an apprentice of Torakusu Yamaha (founder of Yamaha) in the city of Hamamatsu, Japan. They are currently the 2nd largest piano manufacturer in Japan and have developed a reputation for making high-quality instruments that are sought after by decerning musicians worldwide.
This pre-owned Kawai CX-4 offers great musical performance at an affordable price. Despite its relatively compact size, it has a rich and full tone that will satisfy the majority of players.
This piano was built 100% in Japan where Kawai's best pianos are manufactured. Today, all similar models are made in Indonesia.
